The Challenge
Meridian Pay's traders were working off a legacy dashboard that lagged several seconds behind the market, settled in a single currency, and had no audit trail to satisfy European regulators. As volume grew across borders, the delays were costing real money on every trade and putting the company at compliance risk.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the platform around a WebSocket data layer that streams market changes in under 100 milliseconds, with multi-currency settlement and a tamper-proof audit log baked in from the start. A redesigned dashboard surfaces positions, exposure, and risk in a single glanceable view, while the underlying services scale horizontally to absorb spikes in trading activity.
